Abundant Life is a nutritional medicine/clinical nutrition practice, focussing on complex illness, particularly in paediatrics. We treat both acute and chronic conditions by establishing the underlying cause of symptoms and helping the body to heal by providing it with what it needs – the nutritional “building blocks” of life. We work in a ‘whole person’ way which means that your lifestyle, diet, medications, emotional state, stress levels and social factors are all taken into account and addressed in our treatment plans. We also administer the Safe & Sound Protocol from Integrated Listening Australia, which complements nutritional medicine perfectly, by calming the nervous system and re-setting the body’s ability to calm itself and engage in normal learning and social interactions.

- Infant nutrition – introduction of solids, weaning and immune support
- Acute illness – such as colds, flu, sore throats/ears and gastroenteritis in adults and children.
Due to high demand for her services, Nicole is no longer doing ‘general practice’ nutrition for adults.
Most chronic conditions require more than one appointment to see lasting results. Your first appointment will be for 60 or 90 minutes so that we can get a thorough medical history to determine what is going on. Subsequent appointments are usually 30 -45 mins; an extended follow-up appointment of 45- 60 minutes is available for more complex cases or review of comprehensive tests.
